FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are based out of Ontario, Canada. Therefore all orders will ship through Canada Post.
WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER?
We have our sizes listed for both age and head circumference recommendations. These are just recommendations. For best fit measure your (child's) head and purchase according to the size chart.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items in our shop are Ready-to-Ship.
Due to our 24 hour cancellation policy, orders will be shipped 2-3 business days after it has been placed with Canada Post.
Domestic (Canadian) Orders typically take 5-8 business Days and International Orders typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive once they have been shipped. Orders do not automatically come with a tracking number, but you are welcome to purchase the Tracking Number option when you check out.
We are not responsible for orders once they have shipped.

Sales are final, however if you encounter an issue with your order (defect, sizing etc) please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can discuss a solution.
We allow for cancellations on non-custom items up to 24 hours after your order has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com with your Order #, stating you need to cancel your order. We cannot honour cancellations afterwards as orders will be packaged and shipped at that point.
We recommend washing your products by hand and laying them flat to dry.
